THANK you for doing the article on the dogs and the killed sheep. I am sure it will have a positive impact on the community and dog owners may pay a little more attention to where their animals are day and night.
Since I shot the dog caught in the act about 5.30am on Friday, I have had no more attacks.
The ewes killed were all expecting lambs and one of the ewes actually had a little black-and-white lamb on Monday night. The mother was in a bad way and could not feed the lamb. She died and I buried her with two others this morning. We are now bottle-feeding the lamb.
Perhaps I might call it Staffy.
