Bad apple

Comments:

TO the tailgating hoon who decided to rear end my daughter’s car, causing a head-on collision, sorry you were in such a hurry.

Sorry also that the driver couldn’t get out of your way fast enough. Sorry also that the chicane traffic slowing devices and the school zone signs were too difficult for your small brain to understand.

How is it possible that someone can be involved in an accident that was loud enough to bring all the neighbours out of their houses, involve two other cars, and you didn’t feel the need to stop to survey the damage you caused, or even ask if the other drivers were okay?

My daughter only recently got her car and can barely afford the upkeep, let alone excess for which she now must pay because of your dishonesty.

If I see your car again I will take steps to get you put off the road permanently.

To other witnesses, please contact the local police to report the vehicle’s licence plate number.

This is a beautiful place in which to live – it's just a shame that every box has its bad apple.
