PROFESSIONALS Real Estate Group is inviting members of the public to support its 2010 Pink Ribbon breakfast to raise much needed funds for The National Breast Cancer Foundation.

Last year more than 600 people attended the sold-out breakfast from throughout the State and the event is now the largest NBCF fundraising breakfast to be held in WA, according to Professionals CEO David Hobbs.

“We intend to make the 2010 Pink Ribbon Breakfast the most successful to date,” he said.

“Every day in Australia, more than 30 women discover they have breast cancer and it is the most common cancer diagnosed in women aged over 35 years.

“It is estimated that one in nine women will be diagnosed with the disease in their lifetime and more than 2600 will die in a single year.”

The 2010 Pink Ribbon Breakfast will be held at the Burswood Convention Centre from 7am to 9.30am this Friday .

The event will be hosted by Claudia Bertorello and will feature Claire Hooper (comedienne of Good News Week fame), Brenda Walker (author and breast cancer survivor) and Chris Murphy (Australian Idol performer).

Tickets cost $60 per person or a table of 10 people can be booked for $550.

Tickets can be purchased from the Professionals State Service Centre by phoning (08) 9370 4440 or emailing state.office@professionals.com.au
