TWELVE cottage lots and traditional homesites are due for release in the northern suburbs’ newest planned community, Trinity at Alkimos.

LWP Property Group released the sites to its Advantage Club members on July 9 and will extend the release to the general public on July 16.

In Agora, one of Trinity’s three villages, the sites range from 359sqm to 607sqm and are walking distance to the future village centre and a park with picnic and playground facilities.

They are priced between $182,000 and $240,000 and located in a valley of wildflowers and tuart trees.

Trinity, which adjoins the Neerabup National Park, has been designed to harmonise with the dunes and valleys of the coastal surroundings. Its boundaries are 500m from the planned Butler and Alkimos train stations.
